Facelift results are long-lasting and can remain visible for many years. While the natural ageing process continues, most patients enjoy a noticeably more youthful and refreshed appearance for a long time. Scarring is minimal and carefully managed. Incisions are usually placed discreetly along the hairline and around the natural contours of the ears, making them difficult to notice. As healing progresses, scars tend to fade and become much less visible over time.

The procedure itself is performed under anaesthesia, so you won’t feel any pain during surgery. Afterward, most patients report mild to moderate discomfort rather than severe pain, which can be effectively managed with prescribed medication.

Most of the initial healing takes around 2 weeks, during which swelling and bruising gradually improve. Many patients feel ready to return to light social activities within 3 to 4 weeks, although full recovery can take a bit longer depending on the individual.
