Duties

  • Administer medications accurately and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Perform routine medical procedures such as wound care, catheterisation, and intravenous therapy.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes in patient conditions promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with nursing practices.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
