Avoid exposing your skin to intense heat (UV rays, steam room, and more)
Avoid pressure on treated areas for the first few nights—try to sleep on your back
Avoid strenuous exercise for the first 24 hours.
Avoid alcohol for the first 24 hours.
Avoid having a facial, facial waxing, AHA peels, or energy-based treatments and microdermabrasion for two weeks after treatment.
